This agreement governs your access to and use of The Editorial Recruiter. By accessing the platform, you acknowledge you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

User Eligibility

To use our services, you must be at least 18 years of age and possess the legal authority to enter into this agreement. The Editorial Recruiter is designed exclusively for professional recruitment and executive placement services.

We reserve the right to deny service to any individual or entity whose professional standing cannot be verified or whose intent conflicts with the integrity of our high-end recruitment ecosystem.

Platform Usage

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the platform for identifying and contacting talent or exploring career opportunities. Prohibited activities include:

  • Automated data extraction or “scraping” of candidate dossiers and job listings.
  • Misrepresentation of identity or institutional affiliation.
  • Bypassing established communication channels to circumvent platform fees.

Intellectual Property

All content featured on the platform, including but not limited to the “Executive Dossier” layout, editorial summaries, and the proprietary matching algorithm, is the exclusive property of The Editorial Recruiter. Trademarks, logos, and service marks displayed are registered and protected under international copyright law.

Privacy & Anonymity Policy

We prioritize candidate discretion. Our “Blind Intro” feature ensures that identity is shielded until a mutual interest is confirmed. Users agree not to attempt to de-anonymize any profile before such authorization is granted.

Payment & Subscriptions

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a separate Enterprise Service Level Agreement (SLA).

Limitation of Liability

The Editorial Recruiter acts as a facilitator and does not guarantee employment outcomes or the accuracy of candidate-provided data. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our platform.
